What's on the horizon for 2025?

As we embark on this new year, we are thrilled to announce several upcoming events and initiatives you can participate in! From volunteer opportunities to current local partnerships, there’s something for everyone to engage with. Additionally, with the help of the City of Iowa City production team, we have released a new informational video about our climate action initiatives that aim to address the steps we take to ensure our homes are energy-efficient and reduce utility costs.♻️

Start the new year off right by reading how you can continue to be a vital part of our mission to provide safe and affordable housing for everyone!🏡

Thank you, CORE Volunteers!

We cannot express how appreciative we are of our CORE Volunteer team! They dedicate their time weekly at the ReStore and on the construction sites, directly contributing to our mission.💚

BUT they need your help! You can ensure our Habitat families move into their homes sooner by signing up for a volunteer shift today!👷

Thank you, Procter and Gamble!

IVHFH is grateful for our decades-long partnership with Procter and Gamble. Locally, P&G employees have volunteered their time to build dozens of Habitat homes in the Iowa City area. Through The Greater Cincinnati Foundation, P&G recently awarded our organization a $20,000 grant to support our Helping Hands home repair program.

Thank you, P&G, for continuing to make homes safe and affordable for people worldwide.
