Our home improvement center allows everyone to maintain their home and store proceeds allow us to help more people achieve affordable home ownership. Income generated from the ReStore goes to support Iowa Valley Habitat for Humanity's efforts to provide affordable housing in our service area.

The Iowa Valley Habitat for Humanity HabLab is a classroom and warehouse training facility located at 4764 420th Street on the Southeast side of Iowa City. When we are unable to be on a construction site due to weather or construction related delays, we are able to meet at HabLab and build or paint at a variety of specialized work stations. In this way we are now able to keep busy all year around and better meet the demands for affordable home construction in our local communities.
