Our houses are constructed with the wiring and infrastructure needed to support future solar panels, without costly renovations.
With your support, we can take the next step and turn solar-ready homes into solar-powered homes. Gifts designated to the Solar Energy Fund help cover the cost of installing solar panel systems on Habitat homes, allowing families to benefit from renewable energy and even greater long-term savings.
Our Partnership with Habitat SolarThanks to Habitat Solar, you can also participate through a Carbon Offset Initiative, which allows individuals and organizations to offset CO₂ emissions from flights or other carbon-intensive activities by supporting the installation of solar panels on Habitat homes.
