Iowa Valley Habitat for Humanity is thrilled to participate in Johnson County Great Give Day! Join us on May 1 and DONATE to bring affordable housing solutions to our community.

This is also a day to celebrate our community non-profits and to learn more about the work we are doing. Johnson County Great Give Day is an important reminder of the impact we have when our entire community works together.

Your donation will help us carry out projects we have coming this year.
  • 5 families will partner with us and put down roots in our community by building safe and affordable homes.
  • Dozens of other families across Johnson County will receive our help to address critical repairs, accessibility modifications, and emergency repairs so they can continue living safely in their homes.
HOW WILL YOU CELEBRATE IVHFH'S WORK ON JOHNSON COUNTY GREAT GIVE DAY?

In Support of Iowa Valley Habitat for Humanity
We envision a world in which each person has a decent place to live. Locally, we partner with both current and future homeowners, local businesses, residents, and social service organizations to construct and renovate safe, decent, affordable housing in Cedar, Iowa, Johnson, Louisa, and Washington Counties.  We also secure affordable financing so that homeowners in our program save thousands of dollars over the life of their mortgage.   Globally, we work to remove barriers to decent housing by supporting Global Village trips and tithing to Habitat for Humanity global builds.  Together with our community, Habitat homeowners gain the strength, stability, and self-reliance needed to build better lives and stronger communities.
